Return Policy
Fox International is committed to ensuring our customer's satisfaction. If you have
a question or problem with your order or the part you received, please contact us
at: returns@fox-international.com or our customer service department at 1-800-370-6369
All returns are subject to Fox International's Returns Policy within 15 days of
purchase. Fax a copy of your receipt with your request to 1-800-445-7991. If e-mailing
please include your name, daytime phone number, order reference number, the part
number(s) you are requesting a return. Please add a brief reason for the return
(i.e. no longer needed, etc.). If you wish to contact us by mail:

Hygiene Products are Non-Returnable:
Hygiene products which relate to personal hygiene and self care are non-returnable. Hygiene products, toileting products and products that come in contact with the body; cannot be returned - they are single use patient items. No hygiene product can be returned if the package has been opened per Public Health Policy and per Fox International Inc. Policy. Additionally, our distributor does not accept returns on any personal hygiene product if the packaging has been opened. Fox International Inc. will make every effort to provide detailed descriptions for each hygiene product that we offer on our website and on the item's box.
